RETURN POLICIES:

* No returns after 35 Days of purchase
*No returns on Special-Order or Custom parts  
* Customers MUST call for Return Merchandise Number  
* Customer is responsible for any return postage, shipping insurance or freight charges to Head Spinner Chrome
*Non-defective merchandise returns and/or order cancellations over 24 hours will incur a 20% restocking fee
*Return credit will be issued the same way as the item was paid   


HOW TO RETURN ITEMS TO HEAD SPINNER CHROME

Call Head Spinner Chrome a call (443) 909-9002. We will supply the customer with an RM number to display on the return packing.  The customer is responsible for any return postage, shipping insurance or freight charges.

All items returned to Head Spinner Chrome must not show signs of wear, assembly/installation, or attempted assembly/installation. All items must be returned within 35 days of purchase date in its original display box and packing material. Item can be returned to Head Spinner Chrome for credit or replacement.  An RM number MUST be given by a Head Spinner Chrome Rep. No merchandise can be returned to Head Spinner Chrome without verbal or written consent. All items must have an RM number written on package when returned to Head Spinner Chrome or no credit or replacement will be issued.

All parts to Head Spinner Chrome MUST be in 100% perfect, unused condition. All packaging and materials must be 100% intact and suitable for resale. Head Spinner Chrome will inspect item to ensure that the parts are suitable for resale. Credit will be issued to the customer in the same manner as they were paid if items are suitable for resale and show no signs of wear or use. If items are not suitable for resale, the customer will have the option to have the items sent back to them at their cost.  If items are not suitable for resale, Head Spinner Chrome will not issue credit to the customer for their return. Customer should purchase insurance on any returned package. Head Spinner Chrome is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are returned to our location or our vendors.

WARRANTY REPAIR / REPLACEMENT POLICIES:

- Warranty claims must be made through Head Spinner Chrome, not the manufacturer

HOW TO INITIATE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Call Head Spinner Chrome at (443) 909-9002. Head Spinner Chrome will require physical return or digital pictures sent via email to headspinnerchrome@yahoo.com. After a visual confirmation Head Spinner Chrome will do the following:
1. Contact the manufacturer and give visual confirmation of of product. 
2. Request replacement product be sent to customer.
3. Head Spinner Chrome is not the manufacturer of any products sold, therefore all warranties are validated only through the manufacturer.  Once the manufacturer has agreed that item is warrantable a replacement will be issued to the customer.
